My calories are a little high today because someone in the office had cake...so I had a piece. :p But I did walk for a half an hour with my dog earlier. Sugar is higher than yesterday, mainly cause of the cake. Sodium is high still, but lower than yesterday, which is good. However, I didn't drink that much water today, which is bad, especially including how high my sodium is. Potassium is at a good level today I think. Better than 300 at least. I'm excited because I get to weigh myself tomorrow morning! I'm hoping I lost at least a pound. This week has been a little hard getting down to the 1200 calories again, but once my body gets used to it, I think it will be a lot easier. I'm looking to get back down to 125 - 130 lbs again. I've been doing 50 ab exercises every night, kind of like the russian twist, except my feet are off the ground (I don't know what they are called). I'll report back tomorrow with how much I weight! Hopefully it's good (:
