Making things from scratch and trying to figure out their calorie count is a challenge sometimes. I prefer to make it myself because then I know what it is in it. I measure everything out but sometimes it is still a guess. If I am high then it works out in my favor since I try to stay below 2000 calories, if I am low then not so fun. But life is an experiment anyway so hey.
