Good day, bad day, good in the sense I enjoy seeing the numbers going down, bad in the sense that I've been making weight training gains for three weeks, and today I was down 20% of my max. I would have rather kept my gains and my weight, all things being equal. How have you faired this week? I know what led to my weight training loss; I didn't pay any attention to my macros like I have been.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
