Diddlee's Journal, 04 March 2018

Had just a little Broccoli today, and have this stuffed stomach feeling again. Will take it off the menu, and look for an alternative.
Had good energy yesterday, and repeat 10oz meat, 8oz veg, 2 egg, and a small piece of bread with cheese today. Plus lots of sea salt. :)

Broccoli causes major bloating and gas if eating often.. that's probably what ur feeling.. maybe switching to another green leafy veggie for a while will help

Ambitious18 I appreciate your input. Tried cabbage only today, and that was not much better, so I went to the market and picked up various salad greens. Will have to get into 'Chef' mode, and try out various vegetables. Goal: Feel good. Will take time. Any tips?
