Just joined. Yours is the 1st journal to appear. I guess I got lucky because now I'm really inspired! The chicken stirfry looks delish. Do you mind sharing your sauce ingredients?

I’m not doing keto as most on here are. I used the kikkoman teriyaki sauce. It’s my favorite. Tonight I used kikkoman teriyaki triple ginger.

Welcome to fat secret. My journey has been a bit quicker than some, but I was determined to get the weight off. Patience and persistence are key. A lot of exercise and 1200-1800 calories most days for me. A few 2200 calorie days for a cheat meal day but super rare.

I love teriyaki! That looks yummy! 🙋🏻‍♀️ And remember when you are cooking or using dressings or sauces that you can thin then with water to spread the flavor and reduce the calories. Or use the same trick the ‘reduced fat’ versions sold use...thin with vinegar or lemon juice. LOL 😆 I thin my ranch DIP (I use dip because it’s thicker!) at least 1/2 and 1/2 with water on salads. Then add a bit of fresh ground black pepper and onion or garlic salt. 🤷🏻‍♀️If you are cutting calories on cooking sauces many of the calories are in the sweetening used. You can make your own without it, or less for more intense flavor, or cut with water and add back in some of the spice you like. In this case ground ginger and garlic for a few less calories. 🙋🏻

I should have known you already knew that trick! 🙋🏻Well, sometimes it bears repeating for others. I don’t know how many people have been surprised when I’ve posted thinned dressing or sauces. LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️
