well, I'm really happy that today is the last of phase 1. what a very long 21 days that was!! I've grown rabbit ears and feet, from all the veggies I've consumed!! I have decided that I'm not sticking around on SB, because of too much meat in the diet. However, I have learned that it's important to lower the carbs, so i'm taking some valuable skills with me along the way! I'm not sure what diet option is the best for me right now to begin following, except eating restricted calorie, low/non fat, and watching carb intake. What do you call that? the Bad Andee diet? Any suggestions out there, buddies? So far today, I've been doing wonderfully. Breakfast was 2 egg whites with a little celery and bell pepper stirred in. Lunch was 1/2 can of slim-fast low carb, and dinner will be grilled chicken breast on tossed salad with cauliflower. Today's workout was pretty rigid. I did 4.5 miles on the eliptical, 4 miles on the bike, and 2 miles on the treadmill uphill. I was only in the gym an hour altogether because I didn't have to lift weights today, but I still walked out of there pretty drenched with sweat! I was thinking that next week I may increase the time in the gym by another 20 minutes or so. Whatever carbs I add to my diet after today would then be offset. Hey, before I go, have you ever noticed how you can do extremely well the whole day on your diet, but once the sun goes down, the will power does too!! What's up with that???
