WELL, WELL, WELL, I'm finally feeling up to adding my foods to daily intakes, it seems I have been gone for so long, I do know I ate NO keto what so ever for past few weeks, I'm sure the extra weight etc, was cookies , cakes , Christmas foods, I guess recovery foods from surgery. Dr says no gym for a month, but I can walk..I do feel I can start again and get back to my regular WOE since I can fix, my own food now..hopefully Get back to my fighting weight . Thank you ALL for my Well wished, I'm blessed to have you in my FS family..and my journey continues , and I'm doing OK !!!
