First day of this one year challenge on this site. I spent last week on my droid trying to get back to WW once again. Was using this ap to look everything up so why not just use this site so I will try.
Gluten Free, dairy free, low sugar to sugar free is a challenge but I feel I have a handle on my Fibromyalgia through supplements and vitamins. I am pumped up and ready for the challenge.
I began today with a brisk 1 1/2 hour walk to and from our post office with my husband. It was a great day for it.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been using the weight watcher ap. I find having the count down on points is easier for me to follow and stay within limits. I am not sure how to input from one ap on my phone to the other although I do use this ap to look up the points and post them. It would be great if there was a way to follow the points within this phone ap for this program as well.
