kenapa susah turun yaa BB-nya? padahal udah ocd eat clean sama olahraga.. 😐

udah ocd udah eat clean udah olahraga tpi bb gak turun? tpi badannya agak ringan gak? mungkin yg turun lemaknya dan massa ototnya nambah 😊

aku mulai ocd tgl 26 okt kmrn. turun sih tapi ga banyak. hehe.. sminggu 2 kilo gitu, itu udah bagus blm ya

coba makan lemak misal vco, butter, jangan takut lemak, yg penting no karbo, no sugar, jam puasa diperpanjang (puasa 22-23 jam), pengalaman saya gitu dalam 35hari turun 10kg
