Hmm. This time I'm not sure what's with the small loss, but a loss is a loss is a loss. Actually, in the interest of honesty - on two separate occasions I ate off plan on days that were not cheat days. Nothing huge (tortilla and a little cheese once, and English muffin the other time), but apparently enough to influence the scale.
In any case, I'm feeling great! 😙
174.0 lb Lost so far: 126.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
