Nikmati proses nya..menurunkan berat badan ga semudaH Lupain mantan..eh eh kwkwk..ini habis aerobic.instruktur nya bikin Lemes bgt 1 jam ..aku tipe yg suka olahraga rame.klo sendiri suka bosen..dan aerobic.zumba paling suka.kalo kalian olahraga apa temen2?

treadmill @ 1mnt jalan cepat // 1 menit sprint, selang seling smp 30 menit. Static bycicle 30 menit. Angkat beban, latihan 3 macam otot, masing 5 set @10x repetitions 😁

Home workout no kardio dan rest 1 menit setiap set 😁gk lama cuma 30 menit selesai kalo lama nnti bisa kurus bkn gemuk 😂😂😂
