Once again had to drop the processed foods, though it was just sime gf sweet potato crackers, but they needed my homemade ranch dressinf! And the gf bread with a slice of Chao cheese. So large bfst, large lunch, and just light snack for supper. Back to target!
114.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
