Divided By Zero's Journal, 29 March 2012

Went for a 28 mile bike ride. I finished in about 2:06, which is good for me. This is probably also my first official sunburn of the year.

Afterwards I went to donate blood, but the receptionist talked me into donating plasma instead as their supplies were short. This might be the way I go from now on since you get to keep your red blood cells (important for all the cardio work I do).

By the time I finished up the donation I was RAVENOUS. I went to a nearby Jason's Deli and stuck to the salad bar, but I know my portions (and calories) were way overboard. I ate so many veggies my gut still hurt an hour later.

My gf and I are 'fighting'. As in... we're being passive aggressive douchebags to each other and I don't know why. She claims to know, but isn't telling. Ah... love. I miss being single. It was a simpler time in my life.

I've been weighing in daily and the numbers are all over the place. That's not surprising considering the number of meals I've eaten at restaurants lately. I've generally been keeping my intake lower than expended calories though, so I'll see progress soon enough.
