Ugh. Had a heck of a time this week, but only gained 0.4. But, this week it is back to business. Definitely no indulgence day today, but I probably will go out -- controlled -- tonight, just to reset a bit.
300.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 120.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
