Today I met with the dietitian she was impressed with my progress I've lost 25 lbs this year and 7.4 lbs in the 3 weeks since I had my original meeting with her. She had me hold 5lbs of fake fat and asked if I want to gain that back. NO!!! I am working out more and eating healthier daily. So far it's hard eating outside the house. I bought a food scale and it helps with portion control I measure everything.
