Hi Friends, thank you for all your kind words and thoughts! The fire is not out yet. We had quite the thunder and lightning show last night or should I say early this morning. Bad news, lightning strikes=fire, good news it's been raining so hard there is no way it can spread! One hit a tree not too far from us. We are also hoping that it is raining this hard on the fire! Thankful for the rain.

Being in charge of one half of a social service agency means I have been on the go recently and am not having any issue getting my 10.000 steps in.

I haven't been getting in my walking, but I was out in the orchard last night climbing and picking apples, lugging them, lifting and holding. When we came in I also did my weights. I am eating okay for all of this and really trying to be mindful.

Thankful for rain and praying for those in the path of Irma!
