Quick journal update: major hurricane Irma heading near Florida, major political choas at work ....
I will be logging food as I have time.
Overall ate very healthy over labor day weekend.
Diet is making progress
Will be back later next week after hurricane...Dangerous times☹☹☹☹😾

Thanks Bill and Jamaica..!!! I did managed to get my bottled water supply and fuel. That was a task...This hurricane is a monster and I will be prepared as a can.
