I realized this morning that with all the festivities yesterday that I didn't get on here. I ate a little different yesterday but not really all that bad. I only had 2 meals, and they were decent. Now that the 4th is over, getting back into an exercise routine is going to be my focus. I am getting it in, just not as consistent as I would like to be.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 July 2017:
