Tonight is the West Palm Beach Culinary Creations Dinner produced By the American Culinary Federations West Palm Beach Chefs Association ,at the Kravis Center, instead of cooking the food I will be consuming the food. Hopefully I will send everyone a few snapshots..I'm sure you know there will be no diet foods or even keto foods..They sit 10 ppl at a table and give every 5 ppl five different plates of food,and the next 5 get the same plates, they then serve different courses it is usually overwhelming with presentations..I'm going to try moderation,The benefit is for Quantum House a local charity, we raise around $60,000.00 for this fund raiser.. I will be eating salad only for lunch today to cut down on the calories !!! Side note !!went into store yesterday and actually tried on pants, went from a 38 to a 34, SLIM pants, I have never been slim anything !!! OH YEAH !!!

CAN TAKE ME WITH??? WOW SEEMS LIKE A NIGHT THAT SHOULNT ENCOMPASS THE WORD MODERATION. OR MAYBE IT WILL BE LIKE THOSE EXPENSIVE FUNDRAISERS i USED TO GO TO WHERE THEY ARTFULLY ARRANGED TINY PORTIONS ON A PLATE ...ALWAYS HAD TO STOP BY MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU ON THE WAY HOME.GOOD LUCK
