I decided to cheat, weigh in again, and put in my new record low- woohoo! Not a bad way to start off a Monday! (Note: this is a cheat weigh as I normally only record on Sundays NOT a cheat meal)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
