Had my Body Mass Idex checked, at my highest was a 33.3. Obese. Then went to a29.9. Overweight, Friday was a 23.2 of course the 23.2 is NORMAL , can,t remember I have been normal anything when it comes to my weight size..And my journey continues.Slow and steady , and I won't give up.
