You ever notice it seems easier through the week to follow good eating habits. On the weekend that little voice says " Ah come on just one won't hurt " , fight the urge and stay strong.

That voice isn't little for me. It SCREAMS all weekend. Someday I'll scream back.

I talked with my doc yesterday about my eating habits. He said my meals are very good. It's the crap in between that kicks my arse.
