Having a nice day so far - am determined to get a walk in this noon.

What a big difference the walking makes. Since I've stopped walking my legs and butt are getting flabby again. Can't have that!

Bren - I've really missed the walking. The problem is when work is busy I tend to work through lunch. When you think about it that is not really fair to me! I really need to get out of this building!
