49 Days ago..... woooow... ok, tracking here cause I'm not on WW anymore. I just can't stay disciplined without those meetings. So I'm going another route, provided it's approved by my employer. We are to plan Goals each year. Five of them. One of my goals is to realize how my obesity affects the company by way of insurance, missed days, etc etc. and to be more conscious of what I'm eating. So, if this goal get's approved... let's see..
Maybe I should just go back to WW. I need those meetings....
