Felt good. Started off the week strong but got sick from a vaccine so I was down for a few days. Still stayed on track w/ my calorie counting and eating better. Before eating fast food or going out to eat I go check the calories on what I would normally eat which then really influences me to eat something else or better. Can't wait to start the regular exercising and see where it goes and more results on that scale!.
253.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
