Up this AM at 7:30 Showered, Cleaned my mask and then cooked breakfast for Will and his friend Paul. Omelets and grits. Then I fixed myself grits and an egg and one piece of toast with butter and jam. Then on to the computer to record my stats at WW and look at the boards. Then recorded breakfast and yesterdays intake on Fat Secret. My weight today had dropped to 361.7. I am one lb at this weight from hitting my 10% goal. My goal is to hit that target by this Friday 23 WI. I am excited about getting this weight off and moving on to maintaining. I am 176.7 lbs away from my ultimate goal of 185. At my present rate of 1.45 lbs per week I am 121 weeks away from that ultimate goal. At my current rate of loss with 50 weeks left in this year I will have lost 1.456 per 50 weeks = 72.8 lbs loss plus the 36.4 lbs lost so far would equal 109.2 lbs total. That would give me 106,5 lbs to lose over the next year. That may be somewhat aggressive at 2,13 lbs per week but by then I will be exercising a considerable bit more. My attitude is great and if I could now begin to get a grip on my financial situation I would be a happy man. I have the great vehicle to do that just as I have the best vehicle to lose weight with WW. This is a good day.
