I feel you completely. I am back from a short hiatus myself. What is crazy is that every time I was eating out during that time I found myself thinking about not wanting to let myself get back to where I started. The thought of it scared me. I knew I couldn't let all my hard work since I started go to waste. I knew I had to get back on track.
We just have to remember how good it felt to record a loss so we can use that as our motivation to get on track again and finish strong.
