I wish to continue to loss wt. but it getting harder each day. If I can loss 3 more lbs I will be down to 260 and that means that I would have lost 20 lbs since the first of the year (2010).

You have made a terrific start to the year, but you can't expect that rate of weight-loss to continue! Stick to your routine, maybe only weigh yourself once or at most twice a week, and be happy with a steady 2lb/week loss. Good luck!
