Time2FixMe's Journal, 16 January 2017

I am struggling with patience lately. My weight has moved a couple of pounds in the wrong direction and I can't figure out why. I feel like I'm doing everything right.

I have started working out intensely for an hour twice per week and in an effort to fuel for that properly and not feel hungry I've upped my calories slightly but am eating better than I was in the first few months after I started.

Ugh any thoughts?

could it be hormone related? check your hormones at doctor's and then try to select foods that are needed to support what you need

After adding exercise your body can decided to hold water weight again. Give it a little while to settle down and drink more water. Here's a link from live strong about water retention after exercise. http://www.livestrong.com/article/351391-water-retention-in-muscles-after-exercise/

I just checked your stats, you've had a really good loss in the period you've been on here. It could be you're just needing to stabalize a couple of months before your body will allow you to let go of more weight? Draiglist on here is also very diligent. You might want to add him to your buddy list and seek his counsel. Good luck!
