I have decided that low carb isn't for me anymore. I have started Weight Watchers and added in yoga to my daily routine (on top of the exercise I already do). I feel 100 times better now that I have. 2017 will be the year I reach my goal! My goal right now is just to be at a healthy BMI and then see where to go from there! Good luck everyone on your journey! 😀

I'm glad you came off the LC diets, I know the belief is that is brings about weight loss and health but in actuality you feel lethargic and weak. Wishing you all the best in 2017!!

Good luck with WW. I did it years ago and found that if you are honest with yourself it really works. The measuring and weighing gives you a sense of what you're putting in your body. The rest of them like Nutrisystem and the others are basically doing the same thing but they're making money selling you the food already measured at a premium price. With WW you can make your own and it teaches you what a portion actually is. Well, enough preaching. Good luck and have a Happy and Healthy New Year.

low carb isn't for everyone but you don't have to be at an extreme. cut the carbs. cut the fat. eat lots of foods with low caloric densities and keep that protein up. weight watchers does make it easy for busy people though
