Happy Friday to all - I am enjoying my vacation today - so far have not done one productive thing.
DH is leaving tonight to go on a hunting trip with his son so I'll use that time to wrap his gifts. Always seems funny to sleep alone.
I'd better get busy - 1st stop will be the kitchen. No excuse not to cook something healthy.

Buffy that sounds like a perfect day off!! When I sleep alone I sleep in a star shape to fully utilise the space :) Enjoy your quiet time :)

Good morning, Buffy....I can't imagine sleeping by myself...haven't done that since...wow, can't even remember the last time. Must have been when I was in the hospital in '93. Enjoy your days off!

Bren - Yes, a day off from DH is great, but wouldn't want it on a regular basis.

Where's your doggy? Certainly the dog can see when a nice space on the bed is now vacant and just calling out for a 4-legged critter to fill it!

Sandy - The dog is supposed to be trained to stay on his blanket at the foot of the bed - we'll see how long that lasts while Daddy is away.
