Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I'm hoping to repair some of the damage from my 4 days in Vegas last week. I've been drinking my water, and even logged some of my food this week, in an effort to make sure I'm getting all of my protein. I've restarted my photo food log, because I found that very useful in the beginning. I've also been faithful with my workouts, though 3 included weight training. I am apprehensive about tomorrow, but praying my hard work has been paying off!

How much did u gain? I'm going in 7 hours for three.5 days. I do not want to go!!!! Ack awful right!?

I put on a hair over 3 pounds. But I was really bad. Apart from walking everywhere, I could not have done worse. I only ate occasionally and it was all prohibited foods (so yummy though), and I drank like a lot a lot. Also hardly slept. But! It all came off this week, then some! 😍
