The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results


I am tired of failing over and over and over. Right now I'm doing something different and it's working. Let's leave it at that.

Carb back loading works in certain situations. It's essentially leaving your carbs to the end of the day to avoid the cortisol at the beginning of the day taking advantage of the circadian rhythm. I'm doing it tonight to see what my weight looks like tomorrow morning. I've tried it before, but I think I was too heavy then. It may work better now. I didn't start my day right. Started with oats. Better to beginning inexactly than not to begin it.
