I have hit a lull in my progress. I always seem to be goo on Friday but am back where I started on Monday after the weekend.

Yeah--that's a big one. It's really easy to undo all your progress of the five days of the week with the two short days of the weekend. I think that alone accounts for me not being able to lose the weight I've wanted to over the years. This weekend was pretty much the first weekend in my life when I didn't over do it in some way. What if you had one splurge meal but stuck to your plan the rest of the weekend?

I try my hardest to keep myself busy on the weekend. This way I'm not grabbing a handful of this & a handful of that. If you're out to eat, try skipping the bread on your sandwich & ordering a water. If you can avoid drinking, avoid it. Good luck! You can do it!

I say we boycott weekends.

I am the opposite. If I get on the scale on Friday it's always higher than Monday. My metabolism is just in the toilet I think. Maybe you just need to find some good alternatives to those weekend favorites so that you don't feel like you need to cut back and then snack because you're hungry for something you are missing.
