I am clearing out my wardrobe! It is so therapeutic to try on all these clothes that haven't fitted me in years - and now they are quite loose. But my style has changed so I am giving them away. More space for new clothes! It is like a new beginning, I am amazed at how far I have come.

It's an amazing feeling, isn't it? I just did some shopping yesterday- picked up some new fall stuff to replace things that no longer fit. I also no longer had anything that was too small, so I bought a few new aspirational pieces to shoot for. Nothing like the day you try something on and it fits for the first time! :-)

Just finished! It was a good workout too with trying on a lot of pieces. I have kept about 7 items that don't fit yet (also some sexy underwear I haven't worn for >5 years), I will try them on again in a few months.
It is very therapeutic looking at clothes that I used to hide in. Dark and baggy - all gone. It reminded me of a time when I felt bad about myself and the reason why I started on this journey. Apart from letting go of my old clothes, I feel I have let go of something else today. And it's a good feeling!
