I woke up early this morning and went for a run at 8 am!!! There were only two other runners out and it was nice to say "Hi", like I am part of the sporty clique now. The first five minutes were really hard but then I started to enjoy it. When I came back my husband thought I had gone out for coffee. Bless him, he is still getting used to the new me. And I have bought new jeans and a dress. I feel like a whole new person today!

Whoa .... Part of the sporty clique, you'll be running a 5 or 10k for charity next - and featured on morning tv as a changed woman Lol. Hubby must think he has a new woman moved in, what with the "sporty" activities, jeans AND a dress. Good for you :-) .... Great feeling
