Yep, I may buy donuts today on the way to work. It just kind of feels like a donut day. It’s national plant a flower day which I interpreted as flour, so I’m planting flour into my mouth. That’s all doughnuts are, flour and sugar and if you’re lucky an egg, not considered a good source of healthy nutrients. A glazed donut has about 260 - 300 calories. OK NOT GOING TO BUY DONUTS TODAY! Yet, on the other hand, my doctors said nuts are healthy for you.😁Moderation is the key. 👍
I want to thank everybody for prayers for my son, he’s not getting better, but I am. I have to stay strong and carry on. It’s just impossible to make a grown man, which my son is, go get medication, yet without it, I don’t see much improvement. Please keep him in your prayers, for nothing will be impossible with God. Luke 1:37
