I'm going grocery shopping for phase 1 foods and I'll start again. It's so hard. But I don't like the weight I'm gaining. I was proud of myself for getting down to 137 when I was in Hawaii. I want to see that # again. So today I'll go and do my shopping and get back on that horse again.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

You are on the right track, just take it one day at a time. What you did yesterday or even at your last meal is over and done with. The next choice you make is the one that matters.

At least this time out you know the diet works and so you can jump into it with a more positive outlook. Congrats on your decision to go for what you want and good luck!
