Oh thank goodness! Man, I completely fell off. When I lost weight the first time my biggest fear was ending up back here…welp here I am starting from scratch. This time will definitely be hard. Hopefully it makes me more appreciative and have the ability to remain consistent… I don’t wanna buy my current body cute clothes lol
225.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This time when you do it... make it a sustainable plan for life. That way it's just a normal routine and it becomes apart of who you are in every facet. As far as buying cute clothes. Now you have a reason to start grinding. I'd even maybe find some clothes that you like in your desired goal weight or size. Put them in your cart online and periodically look at them. It's dangling the carrot in front of the 🐇 🐰 🐇 Whatever helps keep us engaged and locked in. Here's to losing the weight again and improving your health.

Ive been right there, it's hard, but you'll do it. I give myself small attainable goals and move on from there as I reach them. You got this!

I agree with Joe 💯% Sustainable ways of eating mean something different for each individual. Dive deep inside yourself & figure out your very own individual path. My journey has taken many twists & turns thus far, and there are probably more to come. I tend to keep a piece of clothing 1 size smaller available, and try it on periodically. Welcome back! You've got this!
