On exercise - I have decided to bite the bullet and resume the practice of recording my exercise here. Even though I don't like the program - or maybe the program doesn't to like me - it makes more sense than trying to remember what days I've done what.

Thanks Theresa and my other slavedrivers, I am constantly reminded of how little I do.

Other than my conflict with exercise, I am having a great day. Went out to breakfast and had (my weekly treat) fresh pineapple rings.

All set to start another work day tomorrow.

Hey Buffy - I have definitely come to the conclusion that a lot more exercise is required to get things moving along again - so will also be recording and getting a move on from tomorrow :)

Buffy as you know I have my DVD packed to go with me and a small DVD player to hook up to a tv..so I should not have any excuses for the 15 minutes a day walk...But of course they have a swimming pool and plan on getting in it every chance I get..Yahooo..I love the water...Enjoy your week dear and don't work too hard.....Bren

Sandy - Thanks! That was the same pound I bragged about on Friday. Am going to re-weigh tomorrow just to make sure it stays gone.

Buffy, just looked at your weight calendar, wow ! You've done outstanding in consistently loosing weight every week... I would be so happy to get to your success ! Keep up the good work...

Buffy, I need to do more exercise and consistently, I walk my neighbourhood, then I do an exercise tape but I don't do it at least every other day, I am watching the show Heavy on Netflix and I know if I do it on a regular basis I will get better and better so I know I have to do this......

Notfast - I am a little shocked at your compliment because it has taken me over 6 months to lose 20 lbs. (3 pounds/month). But I do eat lots of veggies - mainly raw.

Yvonne - Your are to be congratulated on your consistency! I love to exercise when it is easy. I do not like to have go give up anything (especially sleep) to do it. This I need to work on!

Hi Buffy! You have continued to lose weight while I have been AWOL and that is good! More exercise can't hurt but your eating plan is definitely working for you. Have a good week!

BuffyBear I think an average of 3 pounds per month is a very healthy average! I know its hard to be patient (I'm not so good at it myself), & it can be even harder to remember its the journey that is more important than the desitnation. Losing weight in a manner that supports maintenance is key to success & I believe that is exactly what you are doing & will be able to maintain too! Good for you!!
