Wow, this week has really gone by fast!! It's Friday already! I have spent a considerable amount of time poking into nutrition trackers, the one I have decided to use in conjunction with FS is Cronometer. It has all of the nutrient trackers I was looking for, plus it lets me track my fasts, my weight, my blood pressure, my ketones, my blood sugar, all of my bloodwork panels, body measurements, specific nutrients can be targeted, has a keto calculator built in...it's pretty cool, not cheap but I can afford 54 bucks a year to keep up with all of that and I get a comprehensive look at my health markers compared to my nutrient intake. Still learning how to use it but I also like the fact that it is also available in both phone app and desktop mode. So far I have found a few places that I am deficient in nutrients, so I'm working on them! Ya'll have a happy Friday!

I use Cronometer for monitoring nutrition. Haven’t used any of the other functions but they seem like they provide a benefit to many.

It tracks all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals, so if you really want to make sure you're getting every last bit of nutrition you can track those. If you fall short you can seek out the food that will give you that selenium, copper or Vit B12. I think it would drive me crazy, but it also piques my curiosity. Micronutrient management - the next frontier!

Erika, it has really helped me with my electrolyte balance too, much more detailed salt, potassium and magnesium info, so I have a visual of the balance and can bump up one or decrease one to get a good balance even on fasting days. Potassium and choline were to of my deficiencies, I went backwards and entered in my foods from the past month from FS, that was an eye opener, lack of fiber is still an issue, I may need a supplement for that.
