I have been working for the past 9 almost 10 months and stress eating but still pretty active also moved over In the past month so still unpacking nut I'm not giving up in fact I'm starting over with meal planning and recording my food intake. I also am doing a daily goal on my calendar for each day
263.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
