Back home now. Not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in as I think I may have gained in spite of sticking to calorie limit and continuing to exercise. But if it's up tomorrow, maybe it will go down within a day or two?
175.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
