Had a limbo dancing competition with my husband in our living room last night (imaginary pole and no alcohol involved ...honestly!) and got lower than ever before without falling flat on my back. I had much better balance, there must have been some weight redistribution.

A video would be embarrassing! Hubby was easily beaten, he is not very flexible, probably because he is 6'4 and balancing when nearly vertical must be difficult :) My thighs are hurting today, must have been a bit of a workout too besides the fun!
