NOT DOING SO WELL...BEEN TOO COLD TO GET OUT AND WALK PLUS THE SNOW/ICE MAKES IT DANGEROUS.....
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I understand how you feel. I've felt horrible and really tired since I woke up. It has been a really cold and gloomy day here and it is snowing up on the mountain. I wish I could go for a long walk maybe I'd feel better. We just have to hang on, tomorrow will be better.

I use exercise DVD's in my home. In AZ so not cold, but when it gets to hot to walk, these work great!

Try "Walk Away The Pounds" by Leslie Sansone. You can do it in your house. It's not too hard and you get a decent workout.

I know he's "old school" but I have always loved Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies series. I like the fact that I can do the whole routine.

I do walk up and down the stairs for some exercise and I have my stationary bike that I use...So I do get some kind of exercise during the day....
