Still motivated. Still doing well. Except with almonds. I better not keep them or any other loose nuts around home. I can't seem to control myself around them, and my calories go over by about 400 when I have them around each day. With the exception of the nuts, I haven't gone back to my old ways for a good month. Started on 1/1/15. Today is 2/6/15. I still can't weigh on my own scale because it only goes up to 399lbs. My friend it going to let me weigh in on his tonight at lifegroup. He says his goes to 450. I'm kind of anxious to see if I have lost anything.

Identifying the problem is the first step. I'm like that with rice. If I make it for my husband, I'm bound to eat most of it myself. Regardless of what the scale says, you deserve credit for your diligence.
