I've started a Lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks on FB. I'm finding that the loss of these last 10 lbs highly allusive. I'm going to try accountability among people that I personally know. I'm hoping it works. Thus far I have 10 participants. It is a private group where only members can see the weekly weigh-ins. I will still record here and keep you posted. If it's successful it may be something for you to consider, meaning, creating a group among your friends. God's speed, y'all.
