So I'm getting a little nervous about how this cold is going to impact my weight loss... not that I've eaten more, but usually over the weekend, I end up working out both days, and this weekend I only worked out for a bit on Saturday.

I was hoping that my cold would be gone by now... but apparently it's going to be at least 5 days... I'm optimistic because I think that it just switched which sinus it was in, which means it's half over... I hope!

I'll try to work out today, but I'm not sure how much I can do with only breathing through one nostril!

Yuck. I hate being sick! It throws off everything!

I hate the sick thing. Along with my multi-vitamen I started taking a C and D chewable, the D helps me not to get depressed, and the C of course boosts the immune system. There have been 2 colds that have gone around work in the last 3 months, and touch wood, this has been one of the only springs that I have not gotten a head cold. Good luck with the working out, I hope you feel better soon!

I hope you feel better soon. Having a cold is depressing at the best of times, on the other hand, healing burns calories.
