Made some really bad food decisions today involving popcorn and pizza. All my idea. Have no one to blame but mysefl.

Chin up coco you are maintaining after a stressful few weeks! Please be easy on yourself as you don't do it everyday and sometimes partying with pizza and popcorn is just necessary for the inner child. TOWANDA!!!!

Coco... what's wrong with popcorn? I eat that all the time... just have to eat the right amount. As for pizza... the crust is deadly, LOL! I really get no enjoyment from that.... think of that next time... Think about eating that crust without any toppings and ask yourself if you would spend those calories on that.... I know I wouldn't. What kind of popcorn and how much? lol that's the key! And was it thin crust or regular? haha it happened, can't take it back...just move forward. I had a slice of regular, hand tossed pepperoni pizza yesterday and a hamburger w/chips later...yea, my body hated me. LOL Can't do anything about it except stay on track today! Chin up and have a great day from this point forward!

Coco, you are trying really excellent in this journey. I know you WILL lose weight in your pace. So, don't rush yourself too much. Slowly and surely! Just be conscious in everything you eat or exercise. I'm so glad we are here in this fun journey together. Have a beautiful Tuesday, my friend!

Thank you all for the supportive comments! The right amount was my problem on Sunday. I ate a whole small pizza and a medium bag of popcorn all by myself. That was hideous. I'm reassessing my behavior today.
