Doing well. almost done with week two of slim fast and working out. I am seeing changes in my body and seeing great things. I know my scale only showed -2lbs difference but 2lbs is 2lbs. And I know I am having some water weight going on right now as well.
I am hitting a point though were I usually sabatoge myself. I start getting people noticing my weight loss and I freak out and stop doing what I am doing. I am battle this and will conquer it this time. I also have found making it ok to have a bad day (eating wise) as long as I work out and am active. but not to go over board with the eating either.
